"Extremely poor service towards customer. Waitress spilled hot water all over my back, did not apologize or give me a new cup, and still tried to charge me. Secondly, they took my order, and then when they brought out everyone else's food, they told me my order is no longer on the menu and can't be made. Finally when I ordered a substitute, they still messed it up, again with no apologies. Instead they had a rude attitude the whole time for no reason. Funny to mention that during all of this another customer was complaining about finding hair in their food."
