"We've been visiting this restaurant for a few years. Prices are at the high end, but we were always very satisfied with the food quality. See you tonight. Our dinner was disappointed tonight for the following reasons: 1. The online menu was not the menu at the restaurant. The online menu had Bento Boxen Bento Boxes, but the menu in the restaurant has replaced it with Teriyaki hotplate, which means that Bento Box items such as Sushi Sashimi and Mix Salad were removed, but the prices were the same. This is very disappointing as we were there for the Bento Box. I heard the guest from another table after the Bentobox. 2. There is also a discrepancy about the prices for some of the items that were online and on the menu in the restaurant. The online menu for the Yaki-Udon noodles with Poulet was chf28 and in the restaurant it was chf29. 3. The green tea for 3 people was chf22.50, everyone was chf7.50. Additional refilling of water per time was chf2. In the past, refill was free (I was in this restaurant at the end of March) and it is still in most restaurants in Geneva and Zurich. In March the price for a pot of tea was definitely not chf7.50. The taste of tea was very weak. When we were asked about the drinks menu, we only got the wine menu, so we could only order from our memory from about 3.5 weeks. 4. We ordered 2 times the Yaki-Udon noodles with Poulet and it was basically cooked on induction cooker and lacked the breath of the wok. The part was small and basically the dish was just cooked, not to the standard for such a designated restaurant. The waitress is new and did not know much about the prices and told us that they could not find the prices in the systems. These are price cuts. That was our favorite restaurant. We are very sad that the quality of food does not correspond to prices. Very disappointed and unsatisfied customer."
