"We sat down to get out of the heat and have a quick drink. I order two Coke Zero while my partner went to the restroom. Waiter takes the order, return with two regular cokes while I’m in the restroom. My partner tells the waiter...we ordered Coke Zero, waiter says no. I return from restroom, call the waiter over ask very politely if we can exchange the regular for coke zeros as ordered. Waiter insists that I ordered regular coke and we have to argue with him over what I ordered. Even if he is certain I as the customer is wrong, this is just bad form. Takes them all of 10 minutes to exchange the cokes."
