"for our jubilee dinner we have asked for a table from the door and the servier areas in writing. we sat next to the front door and the side of the door that went to the bar. diagonally was the servier station. the service was very good, a friendly waiter from France, who was very attentive. the wine list is extensive, with some very interesting Swiss weeping. they also offer some half bottles that drive for those of us, and a coravin option so that those who want a fine glass wine without buying the whole bottle to choose this option. However, I ate the zürich swept a famous Swiss dish of calf meat in cream with rösti (fried potatoes) and apparently a speciality of the house. it tasted as if it were prepared elsewhere and delivered in a plastic bag in the kitchen. seely sweet and lacks in the typical taste and consistency of this plate. the rösti was a prefabricated round disc, something soggy and probably stabbed at the last moment on the grill. it wasn't even lukewarm. When I asked for a new rösti, I was told that it would cost extra, which in view of this plate costs chf 48 and the terrible quality. a real disappointment for a court that should be home-specificity. the carving of my man was crunchy, but without personality. this was a good restaurant earlier, but it seems now resting on its laurels. we are not going back."
