"Title says it all. I live in the US but was in BB in June and noticed people complaining at this restaurant. I thought give 'em a break, they just got out of lockdown! Now I 'm back here 4 months later, having dinner dinner with my mom at the Brauhaus. It turned out that what I had ordered wasn 't available on that day (they ran out), but the waiter didn 't know until after our order was in. He comes back to the table 15 minutes after we made our order to ask me to order something else. No problem, these minor communications mishaps can happen. But then my mom 's food comes out and mine take 30 minutes more to reach the table! The waiter said he couldn 't put my revised food order in ahead of orders from other tables (WTF, it 's not like I didn 't already order my original before those other tables). After we 're done, we ask for the bill and my food was on it. It would have been the only reasonable thing to do, since it was their fault, to take that off the bill. Or even just make the beers free, or given a gift certificate for next time. Just something to say sorry we messed up and there are a lot of different ways of saying that. The waiter told us that his manager told him he was not allowed to take my food off the bill. OK, folks, this place used to have US-levels of service. What happened to me last night didn 't even rise to be on par with bad European service."
