"We were there yesterday for the “Frisian Winter” buffet. It couldn't be better!! Although I am not Frisian, I am a “tagen-barene” (born and raised) North German. Kale, updried beans, broad beans, cooked sausage, pee, bacon, smoked pork and, and, and... delicious! I never eat dessert, couldn't resist! The staff is also very good. Thanks to Ms. Thiergarten and the nice young colleagues! It was a wonderful evening."
