"I live quite close to Freiraum and since couple of years i'm visiting this place from time to time and never thought of anything to complain about, except for, maybe, some overpriced items in menu, but for me it was always fine as the only dish i order there is crispy chicken salad. I remember trying it for the first time and loving it a lot; today i made an online order from freiraum and of course i ordered my beloved salad. Apparently, there was a new ingredient - a very long black hair covering one of the chicken crisps. To be honest - i didn't enjoy it that much.. They also forgot about my maracuja lemonade which was around 4€, a bit later i received a call from someone from freiraum apologizing and promising me to bring the drink with another delivery guy - never happened. It was my first experience ordering freiraum food online and it sucked."
