"Food arrived very late. To go with the schnitzel, we ordered a pizza with an extra ingredient that was charged for but wasn't included. The pizza was also raw and we had to finish baking it in the oven ourselves. The schnitzels were all cold. The delivery person was totally unfriendly and aggressive because we only rounded up and he only got a 20 cent tip. We were really insulted that we are such rich people and that he always tips 5-6 euros. This service is simply a disgrace. Unfortunately you can't give minus points here.
