I make special mention of the tarte flan aux myrtilles traditionnelle , it is not the typical flan but requires baking, it is a classic French pastry recipe with a dough base, filled with fresh blueberries and with a slightly sweet flavor. What is striking is the visual impact of this cake and the mix between sweet and acidic characteristics."
