"We live nearby and were there for dinner a few times. We have always thought that the food is good and the price is fair. The service is something else. In our 2 previous visits we were always served by a woman who is nice and friendly and who seems to understand what customer service means. This summer we tried to eat twice and the waiter (can be the owner... the old man with white hair and glasses and very bad manners is an absolute piece of work. Last Sunday we saw a free table and out of courtesy we asked if we were sitting and having something to eat. Not only did he worry when there was a free table (even if there was one and there was 3.45, and they served food until 8:00, but he said, "No, we have no capacity"... Well, 10 minutes later, the waitress sat 4 people who showed up spontaneously like us. It was the second time we asked him for a table this summer and the second time we got the most unfriendly answer. I understand is summer and I understand the stress as I work in customer service myself, but there is something called manners and he has no!! The winter will come and then you will depend on the locals and the locals prefer to spend their money somewhere else. I can only tell him if he's the owner, he's better to keep away from any customer. They really give a bad picture for the business and have no training when it comes to the treatment of potencial paying customers. And if he's a waiter, do a favor and find another job. Customer service is really NOT for you!"
