"This is my 3rd visit to the meatery. The first visit with friends was really good so went there on Mothers Day in 2016 with the family (see previous review) and was sorely disappointed by the quality of the steak, the staff and the entire...experience. So when a friend suggested we try it again now in 2019 I thought I would give them another shot/chance to see if things had improved. It started bad when we got the menus, for a place that charges the prices that they do I don't expect to get a scratched up and dirty menu put in front of me. Those need to be replaced ASAP. Then when we ordered drinks it took quite awhile to get them despite the place having only two other tables with people (we came at 1300) eating lunch. We decided to go there for burgers but the waitress did not even give us the burger menu, we had to ask for it as I remember seeing the burger menu online. That was the first two strikes, but it gets even worse. As we were seated directly next to the open kitchen we could observe them preparing our meal. The first cook dropped french fries on the ground then picked them up and put them on the counter instead of putting them in the trash. The second cook LICKED his fingers (had gloves on) while moving the burger from the grill to the plate!!! That was the third and fourth strike and we should have gotten up and left at that point but we were so stunned and discussed what to do just before our burgers came. These burgers were so small, in fact even tiny and then to ask for 17 EUROS (with french fries) is a lot of money. The brioche bun was also nothing to write home about and when I asked if they had gluten free buns I got a snide NO. I truly will NOT be returning to this place and do not understand the ratings others have given them. TOO EXPENSIVE, POOR SERVICE and POOR Wait Staff/Cooks. Nothing more to add, eat there at your own risk of emptying your pocketbook."
