"my friends and I had day in lou one. it was the most disappointing experience ever. despite the fact that they knew that I was vegetarian and my friend gluten-free, they brought us dishes that had fish sauce, chicken and gluten. the restaurant manager said they're sorry, but it's the chef's fault, not his as he wrote on his piece paper. I don't care who it was! the fact is that I have served something that I should not have served. a five-star hotel with such bad service is a no-go place! my friends and I look forward to having lunch in this restaurant!"
