"Although this is not a vegan restaurant, they seem to focus on good ingredients and sustainability. They try to avoid food waste by making a smaller and larger size for any meal I liked. The vegan/vegetarian options are listed first in the menu! There are two vegan schnitzel options and a few vegetarians. In addition, there are several vegan side dishes and most sauces are vegan. I had the maize carving with roasted potatoes and it was both really good! I also ordered a small part of vegan Kaiserschmarrn as a dessert. Perfect place to come with omni friends or family that do not stand for a 100% vegan restaurant."
