"Tonight we were 5 people at the Thai Square restaurant in Basel. This was out second time, the first one already left us with some doubt about the organisation/service very slow, mixing dishes from the starter and the main course, etc. . This time set a new record: after 1/2h we got some dishes that seemed liked to our main course. And when we asked, the answer was just amazing: the starter are not ready yet!?! 1/2h later eg 1h after our arrival, and we ordered within 10 min or arrival , we got our starters. 1/2h later we go part of the rest of our main course. Another 15 min, and the rest of our main course comes, and it is not what we ordered! That was really too much, I requested the bill, which came within 5 min !!!! , and we got an apologise: we are so sorry, we do our best! Impressive. We have decided to never come back. :"
