"The menu states that all pizzas can be made “gluten frei”. Does not have gluten free pasta. Waiter was knowledgable and assured me they take allergy precautions very seriously with a separate work area. I ordered the GF Trentino pizza which came on a metal tray, presumably to make the cooking surface safer. The crust was a bit pale and didn’t taste like much, but overall the pizza was good. Definitely filling and took home leftovers. As other stated, they charge €4 for GF crust. As I am an asymptomatic celiac, I can’t say anything about reactions or risk for cross-contact."
