"My first visit to Pizzeria Post Today I spontaneously presented the chef with a challenge with my special requests. When this was accepted by him without any big questions, I was aware that the cordon bleu were freshly prepared in the kitchen. This is a quality hedgehog to the highest degree. I asked for a cordon bleu with fresh porcini mushrooms and gorgonzola, which was not at all featured on the already very varied menu. Having enjoyed cordon bleu for over 20 years, I now know very well how to recognize a true chef. After a very nice and open conversation, the order was implemented according to my special wishes. The boss came personally and handed me my special request and said that this composition was new for him, but that he wanted to meet my expectations if I wasn't happy to approach him. Now for the review: The cordon bleu was nice and crispy on the outside and very juicy on the inside. The fresh porcini mushrooms were recognized as soon as they were cut. The Gorgonzola was in a perfectly harmonious relationship with the ham/mushrooms and meat components. It was an absolute pleasure that is second to none. They know how to prepare a perfect cordon bleu. The staff is friendly and helpful and open to all wishes. The atmosphere is inviting. The boss treats you competently and with respect.
