"In the past, Eat at Thai would undoubtedly have earned a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, however, several issues have arisen over the past few months that have affected the quality of the experience. The difficulties in contacting us via telephone, the constant push to order online and today's experience with burnt food are unfortunate. These developments have meant that we no longer experience the usual standards that we appreciated. We sincerely hope the restaurant takes action to address these issues and restore quality."
