"Was die Designer und Dekorateure schön gemacht haben, wird durch den Service zunichte gemacht. In Ordnung, wenn man zu einer großen Veranstaltung eingeladen ist oder Ähnliches. Sonst würde ich es lieber meiden."

"We had a fabulous meal at The Grand but we realized after we paid and tipped on the tab that we were charged for two bottles of wine instead of two glasses. We have called the restaurant multiple times and have been promised a credit, but so far nothing has been credited to our credit card account. As much as we enjoyed the meal, given the over-charge the “value” was poor."
