"This is my second time going and as before, it was a wonderful experience start to finish. Tucked away in a peaceful corner of Neukölln (they exist! , it is an incredibly charming restaurant with unique style- they really leaned in to the Lavanderia aesthetic. The staff are super friendly accommodating, and the place has a lovely, unpretentious ambience (improved by the open kitchen . The food is relatively simple but made with such love, attention and great ingredients that it always knocks it out of the park as far as eating experiences go. The courses don't come at breakneck speed, but that is part of the unhurried atmosphere. Relax and enjoy the food. Don't even worry about what to choose, as it's a set menu so all pairings are sure to be a hit. Hearing that they're having difficulties staying open breaks my heart. They're very passionate about what they do and it shows. It's incredible value for money too (perhaps part of the issue ? I'll definitely be back to support them soon."
