"I don’t what is wrong with Hyatt Zurich cuisine. We used to be regulars at their grill restaurant despite the steep prices and then they changed the menu and made dominated by heavy meaty traditional (boring) dishes. For once we wanted to give a new try to the lounge restaurant despite it’s not so cosy 70s style decoration: bad idea!! Whilst the service was good (though we would expected a more creative proposal following our deep unsatisfactory offering) but the food was really poor. We opted for the “healthy bowls” tuna and chicken. The former was Okish despite a granular and dry hummus but the latter was inedible, totally over salted, (kind of) risotto badly cooked and with a cat food texture. Despite being extremely hungry could only force myself to eat a 1/3 ....when we told the waiter about it the proposal was for an extra glass of wine and he did even think of taking off the bill. We paid this gastronomic crime, left never to return again...."
