"Sehr gut vorbereitetes Essen, große Portionen! Chickenburger ist erstaunlich wie die Cordon bleu (beide Typen) und Pizza auch. Die „Grids“ sind köstlich. Die Einrichtung ist kinderfreundlich."

"During a visit in Graz we visited this restaurant as our host recommended it to us for its Gulasch We ordered a little portion little pieces of meat in a big lake of sauce) and a larger portion pieces of meat in a...big lake of sauce). On the menu it is written only Gulasch and the price. However, the waitress asked us if we would like to eat bread or dumplings with it. We both chose dumplings. The waitress did NOT indicate the price for the dumplings! And here is the big catch: Neither was the price listed in the menu. I found later out that the dumplings cost (my Gulasch alone hence two piece of bad tasting dumplings are of the meal price. For a total price of I ended up with two little pieces of meat and two badly tasting dumplings. I think this is a rip off and it is not fair to not indicate prices on the menu, neither it is not fair that the waitress did not inform us about the prices. I regret I gave the waitress more than tipp on top as I just saw the added dumplings later in the night on the bill. I visited this restaurant next day and asked for an explanation why the waitress did not indicate the price or why the price of the dumplings was not written in the menu. I got a rude answer from another waitress and the owner of the restaurant was not available for a comment. Yes, we were only visitors in Graz but be ensured during my next visit in the future I won't visit this rip off restaurant any more. Other weak points: The restaurant has a smoking section. Every time you want to go to the toilet I found actually a drunk man in the women's toilet), you have to cross the smoking area. Also there was a smell of old fat coming from the kitchen. Overall, this was a very disappointing visit and I would not recommend eating here."
