"I ordered half a duck as their special Christmas Dish. Apparently the duck had no breasts nor wings. But it might have had four legs, as all I got was 2 duck legs. My partner ordered a pizza, but it was very sloppy and not crispy at all. We ate some of it, complained about the “half duck” and asked for the bill. The manager offered us a discount of silly 10 percent. Furthermore he was still rude enough to ask for tips. Everyone can make mistakes, but only giving 5 euros in discounts for a wrong dish that cost 22,50 is ridiculous. And then asking for tips, shows that the manager is incapable for working with customers."
