"The Fischhalle is must go to place in Heiligenhaffen, it has been a part of the Harbour since the beginning of time. After many upgrades and renovations it is now a restaurant with pretty good food. The fish is fresh and flavorful, however the service is lacking. When you order your food you pay for it right then, then go to the drink station to order your drinks and pay for them. There isn't a way for you to order both at the same time which makes it confusing. The first time I went I didn't know this and slid my tray to the drinks, and was yelled at by the service woman. There is no real line so I had to muscle my way back through the crowd to the woman to pay. Then elbow my way back through to the drink station to order my drinks. I thought it might have just been me, but while swimming in the Baltic I met a woman who said the same thing happened to her. She refused to go back. I however did go back with the knowledge of how the system worked and had a much better experience. although, the service people were still none-the-nicer, but the fish was good. If you do go remember: food- order-pay. Drinks- order- pay. And if it's full get a table first then get your food. Well, good luck!"
