"After 10 minutes of brushing out and completely ignored, we could get menus and after several minutes, ordering. The Italian server spoke little German and no English. I don't know an Italian. In German I ordered for us, a portion of...bruschetta, two bowls of Minestrone soup and two glasses of red wine. The server tried to force two orders from bruschetta on us, but finally said we could just order one – even though he looked angry. We got our wine. When our food arrived, that was two bowls of creamy pumpkin soup instead of minestrone (and I cannot eat milk), we have no spoons. After a few minutes the server brought us spoons. As I reach over the table to give me a spoon, the server's hand knocked over my mother's glass of red wine and spilled the glass over our shopping bags and my Patagonian coat. He stood there, looked crazy and didn't do anything. We jumped up and tried to wipe the wine before he fell asleep on everything he covered. The server stood there with his hands in the air. I finally said: Can we have at least towels or napkins?! He left and brought back five paper napkins and another glass of red wine. He never apologized to help us. He came back to the table and moved a dull gesture. Did he expect us to clean it up?! I really wanted to go and probably should have done it. We finished our bruschetta and wine and I left most of my soup (which was Bland and lukewarm). My mom waved him to ask for my ruined coat. He brought the check. I asked why we had to pay everything when he spilled red wine over my coat. He moved, and I guess in Italian he said that he did not – that it was our fault, and he only accused us of two glasses of wine and not three. I wanted to talk to the manager or boss. He brought someone who said we had to pay for the food, but they would pay for the dry cleaning of my coat if I brought the entrance. The manager gave my card. I doubt they fulfill their promise, but I have to try. My coat smells like cheap wine. The food is not good, the service is terrible. Make yourself a favor and eat ANYWHERE, but this restaurant."
