"I made a reservation by mail, got a confirmation and in the end, when we arrived, they didn't know about it. We then got one last free table which wasn't that nice to sit on, but ok. We ordered a soup as a starter and burgers as main dish. We loved the soup and the burger was quite good, too, but nothing fancy compared to the price, which was definitely way to high even for a beyond meat patty! The waitress was really nice, the waiter not so much. We had a voucher and told her about it, was all fine and later, when we asked for the bill he didn't know about it and reproachfully said we should have told him. Well, it's not a nice feeling he gave us and we felt a bit weird."
