"I know this restaurant already for 20 years. It used to be a superb Italian restaurant in terms of food quality. Yesterday we visited the restaurant after 2 years or so (COVID times, etc. It was evident that there was a change of owners: (1 The table was quite dirty, and it needed a special request to have it cleaned. (2 All the menus were crumpled and looked neglected. (3 The service was awful. A waitress came to take our order, but were I started to speak, she ignored me in the middle of a sentence, talked to her colleague, and eventually left us without even looking at us and saying anything. (4 The pizzas! 20 years ago, an Italian acquaintance told me that this restaurant was the only one in Vienna where he would agree to eat a pizza. Yesterday, my capricciosa pizza had islands of bulks of cheese, while other parts had no cheese. Both cheese and ham tasted like low quality ingredients. Indeed, a big chunk of ham which was not even sliced properly showed clearly how low quality it is. A huge disappointment! We would certainly will never come back and will have to look for another Italian restaurant."
