"Gorgeous evening so we headed to the Naschmarkt to sit outside. I live here for years and still enjoy eating at the Naschmarkt, although the quality of the food is not great. Tewa is especially poor. I had the falafel platter, which besides the felafels was ice cold - straight from the fridge and basically tasteless, although the wine (grüner veltliner was good). Very difficult getting anyone's attention to order a second glass. The pita ( which is served piping hot in the Karmelitermarkt restaurant) was cold and stale. Had the cheese platter for dessert- worse choice ever. Tiny, cold, tasteless pieces of bland cheese, dripping with oil from sundries tomatoes straight from a jar and the cold, stale pita again( even though) I complained the first time. And €27 for one person."
