"this used to be THE brunch location in Vienna a few years back. you had to reserve a table weeks in advance. I wanted to give it another try after some years passed and I was already surprised that a week in advance I still managed to get a table for 6. after a while the place was full, but nothing compared to a few years ago. the brunch is ok: there are some warm dishes, which were nice. they have some ham and cheese (quite cheap, not very tasty), the bread is ok and some sweets are there too. the atmosphere is not too cosy, it gets rather loud there but the worst part are the waitresses. they try to be nice, but they are helpless! first they told us that warm drinks were not included in the price, but in ALL the menus it was stated that ONE coffee actually was included! then they explained that some egg dishes were available to choose from, which were freshly prepared. they named fried eggs, omelette, boiled eggs eventually you could just order fried eggs (with teaspoons of fat over them) as they did NOT offer omelette nor boiled eggs? the place really lost its qualities, I won't go there again."
