"I recently purchased something from an ordering machine, but even though my account was charged, I didn't receive my food. Apparently there was a system error in the ordering system, the manager explained. Instead of compensation I was told that nothing could be done and I would have to pay again once the machine restarted. This meant that 20 francs were simply lost I consider that to be theft. In addition, the hygiene is poor: the tables are dirty and apparently not cleaned, a condition that is handled better even at McDonald's. This is very disappointing for a Burger King brand restaurant. I hope for significant improvements in the future"
