"Hard Rock Cafe Munchen has a beautiful vibe, deco and ambience. It is not surprising that locals stop for a quick drink or for a coffee. You have a nice business to buy things like cups, t-shirts and many other things and it seems... to be very popular with tourists. The location is directly opposite the famous and very popular Bierhalle Hofbrauhaus. This place is pretty busy especially during dinner. Food and drinks are good here, but the service needs some improvements. I sat at one end of the bar near the entrance and other customers and I found that the bartenders tend to group and hang together on the opposite side of the bar and they rarely go past to make eye contact or check with customers to see if they need something or an additional drink. I ran this problem with one of the bartenders, and he realized this and agreed that it was a problem and that they were trying to fix the way they manage the bar area. That was a rather disappointing experience."

"The food was really good but the service not organized. Although the waiters and the manager were very polite, there was something wrong with the communication. Our order was delayed and they apologized for it offering a dessert on the house which never arrived. They were out of a kind of beer we were drinking (pils, frequently ordered) as well."

"Das Essen war eine Enttäuschung. Ich habe das Wagyu Burger Special genommen. Das Fleisch wurde tot gegrillt und trocken. Der Burger als Ganzes klein und Sie hatten den Eindruck, es war ein heißer Käse darauf. Die Pommes waren lauwarm. Die Kinder Hotdog war gut, obwohl nur eine Wurst ohne alles in der Brötchen. Der freundliche Service hat es für 3 Sterne insgesamt herausgezogen."

"Upstairs is a mess of servers who are so disorganized people smoking on the balcony when they’re not supposed to, but when we move downstairs to the bar, the bartenders are incredible. This is not the first hard rocki in Europe we’ve been to has been kind of messy."

"Das Ambiente ist echt cool mit den ganzen Ausstellungsstücken das Essen ist okay bis auf das es sehr süß ist wie zum Beispiel das Pulled Pork, da kann man der Meinung sein das eine Packung Zucker in der BBQ Soße ist. Der Burger und die Vorspeise waren top. Was aber sehr unbefriedigend gewesen ist war der Hot Dog unserer Tochter, das Brötchen ist so hart gewesen dass Knäckebrot im Vergleich noch saftig ist. Nach einer späteren Rückfrage, weil zu wenig Kellner für die anwesenden Gäste da waren, ob das so sein muss ist direkt der Manager gekommen. Dieser hat sich zwar direkt entschuldigt und schützend vor sein Personal gestellt und natürlich auch den Hot Dog von der Rechnung genommen aber für uns gibt es kein Hardrock Café mehr bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Hamburg."

"Die Reservierung hat wie gewünscht funktioniert, aber der Fußboden war schmutzig, das Essen lauwarm und Preis-Leistung standen in keinem Verhältnis. Burger ohne Soßen, dafür gab es fertigen Heinz Ketchup und Mayo. Der bestellte Kaffee erreichte uns nie und wir haben nach dem Essen 25 Minuten gewartet bis wir zahlen konnten. Nur englischsprachiges Personal."
