"Since 2017 the first stay massive slump in terms of maintenance of the hotel and the kitchen. Last stay in October 2023. Staircase that appears neglected (curtains, blinds), spartan room, thin, non closing translucent curtains, no telephone (but good internet), not heated despite requests when the outside temperature is in the single digits, no sound, the outside door (to the parking lot) slams loudly. Cuisine: uncooked chicken breast baked with cheese and tomatoes on completely soggy Rösti. Overall, an uncomfortable (private) stay. Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 4"
