"Went there on a Saturday night around 8 p.m. It was very crowded only because one party was leaving their table just when we arrived we were able to sit down. So we took that as a rather good indication for giving it a try. What happened in the next two hours though erased that thought! The miserable guys at the pizza station and bar didn 't bother to say hi or good evening or whatever. The waiter after literally just pointing at a table without saying a word didn 't feel the need of preparing or cleaning the table. There was a nice and proper layer of bread crumbs all over it. While looking at the menu we were thinking, wow, these are pretty cheap prices for the pizza as well as for the wine! But we were yet about to find out why! After 20 minutes we got a chance to place our order. After 15 minutes the waiter returned with 2 glasses and a large bottle of sparkling water and a bitter lemon. We were a party of three, and what we actually ordered was a bottle of water with glasses for the three of us as well as half a liter of the Merlot. Oops. 10 minutes later he came back with a second glass for the water and a glass of red wine. Oops. We sort of expected him to be a little sorry or at least say nothing. But he came up with mumbling something like: hope that 's your last change of mind. Ok, we were really hungry and really wanted pizza. So, let 's skip the next 20 minutes. The pizzas arrived. A diavolo, a mare and a gorgonzola. First impression: wow, it actually looks like pizza. But it 's rather small. Second impression, after eating the first quarter: Am I eating a cracker? Is this actual cheese? To cut a long story short: It 's bad. Basically nothing is made from scratch. This place is a money cow, obviously. It 's only crowded due to it 's location. The review is based on the fact that the pizza was edible and we didn 't wake up with any side effects the next morning. Please consider another place to actually have an Italian experience. There 's plenty in Bonn."
