"we've been here many times. but last night was the worst experience. table for reserved. a la carte. downstairs for buffet upstairs. below is usually for the exit. so their car doors constantly open near, and it was cold last...night not cozy and not allowed to go up. the starters came so acceptable. the main course had to be hunted several times, and finally recurred after the order. of what I can say, not enough cook and waiter to cover all customers. I hope this is one. I hope the restaurant learns that this is not acceptable and they should not eat in the guests in the takeaway area."
