"So the staff is friendly... but it doesn't help... I tried a Dürüm last week, it was somewhat ok but the vegetables were soggy and the Dürüm was tasteless. Yesterday I was there again and gave the store another Changse. I ordered a kebab (pocket bread) during lunchtime. The meat was abnormally dry and tasted musty and the tomatoes were already mushy. The last time was never again! How can it be so difficult to prepare a standard kebab/dürüm? I don't understand."
