"First time eating/staying here. Our waitress was Gigi and she was friendly, very polite, and you could tell she enjoyed what she was doing. The food was high quality but a little pricey (restaurant business is tough right now so it’s not like it’s asinine) and the drinks came strong and quick lol. The bartender (Z) was also very friendly, enjoyed his craft, and actually educated me on some finer liquors. We felt very welcomed by all staff and will definitely be back."

They were understaffed the service was very slow. The lobster bisque only had one piece of lobster in it.

Our server was awful. Went for brunch and it took almost a half hour for us to get coffee. Restaurant was not that busy either. She would disappear for long periods of time. Very disappointed.

"This is the second time in the last 2 months that I ordered a strip steak medium plus and it came to me medium rare. This is not acceptable. The waiter even agreed that the steak was not cooked as ordered. Why pay $50 plus for a steak and they can not cook it properly. Never had this problem in the past. They do not want to risk over cooking the meat as they will have to make another steak, Their answer always undercook. The waiter wanted to return the steak for further cooking but by the time I would get the steak back, my company would be done with their meal. Shame on Ruths Chriss."

"I've been ordering from here for almost 4 years and it was great! Until tonight, when we order our pizza online like ALWAYS. I paid and got a confirmation that my food at 19:03 a.m. after an hour and a half hour for our food that I called at 7:30 a.m. and no one answered the phone, I knew that they were open because I always ordered on sunny days and Google says that they are open and my order went online. Now finally I came into my car and went up there and the open shield is turned on, the doors are locked and lights are out. Uhm! Really so now after two hours it?s now almost 8pm my kids are cats and I need to find out what to do for dinner. This is so annoying and very frustrating! Make it at least that your website does not allow orders when you are closed and update your opening hours on Google. So they took my money and not dinner for us."

"please please NEVER come here! Me and my boyfriend went for happy hour and they overcharged without telling us and they have added on gratuity and didn’t want to let us know that after being there for 15 minutes. Our bartender was absolutely AWFUL and so rude! We asked a simple question about why she over charged and she yelled and said if you want the 50 cents back then here and slammed a dollar on the table. Never ever coming back again."

"We came here as part of a group of a group, for the St Patrick's Day dinner. This is a smaller venue reminiscent more of a Cape cod Cafe than a Key West waterfront restaurant. We had a white tablecloth dining experience. The members of our party that had the potato leek soup gave it good reviews. The rest of the dinner we chose was corned beef and cabbage so it's hard to rate the cuisine based on that. It was what you would expect from a boiled dinner. The chef came out and visited the table and he was friendly as was the rest of the staff. The service was top-notch. It is a bit of a crowded dining area because the venue is small and full of tables. They had a two-person combo playing music that was traditional Irish mixed with some Broadway tunes. It was nice dinner music and I would not come back for the music. When the bill came the corned beef and cabbage came in at $38 and the house wine was $12. A split of champagne is $22. I would tell you the prices are typical of a higher end dining experience. This would be a good place for a more intimate dinner with a white tablecloth dining experience. You would not be disappointed and you would expect to pay higher prices like we did. I was not impressed with the value on St Patrick's Day."
