"I have always considered Albano's on Johnson Rd my go-to spot for traditional pizza. They consistently produced a great product—until now. I ordered their Masterpiece pizza and was quite disappointed. The crust, which I used to love, seemed to consist of nothing but flour and water. While the amount of toppings was generous, the sausage tasted more like hamburger than Italian sausage. Overall, the flavor of the pizza was quite bland. They might as well rename this pizza "Meat Lovers" because they piled on the meat. Normally, I enjoy this type of pizza, but with so many toppings, I expected more flavor. It was truly disappointing. "Where do I start? I am dumbfounded this restaurant is packed, but good for them. Blaise is the only word I keep coming back to. The menu is average, the food is average and yet it's always packed. It is definitely a place for people who grew up with saltand pepper as the only seasoning in the pantry. The fish and chips sizes were laughable....equal to a bit larger than chickentenders. Long John Silver fish is better, in size and quality. The table bread is bland, the chicken was chicken, the seafoodpasta was a pass and well, I'm already tired from all the typing. What makes a restaurant a 5 star restaurant? If you wantflavor, don't dine here. If you want to pay really unusually high price for basic entrees, do give them a try."

"The service was excellent we there as a great party of 21 and the waitress got everyone's order correctly the food was hot and presented beautiful there was a light smell in the ventilation, but it is a classic Denny building, but everything was clean, also the bathrooms and our waitress Sunnie was excellent"

"A special mention to our waitress, who I can’t remember her name but her service was excellent !!! This old lady was really charming to us all a party of ten! We had some family come over to visit and decided to invite them to some legit Mexican food and we could’ve not chosen a better spot! To say that the food was delicious is just an understatement, no body had absolutely nothing to say or anything left in their plates within a few minutes of the food coming out. The drinks were also on point and the young guy who prepared and served them was also very attentive."

"Poorly managed restaurant. I had a large order for lunch for 5 people with 11 items totaling $28.51. It took a long time to place the order and get it corrected with the staff. There was a long line and the staff were very impatient. When I tried to double-check my order, the staff actually yelled at me in front of other customers. To top it off, my daughter's Crunchwrap Supreme was missing from the order, which I did not notice until I got home. I live 15 minutes away in traffic and was very dissatisfied with the experience. I will not be returning to this poorly managed restaurant. The staff need better training on how to handle customers and treat them respectfully, especially when there is a line."

"I guess the girl at the front counter is new and the manager wouldn't help her, I waited 20 min for chicken pliers. I saw them dropping new and going through everything for the ride, so I had to wait 10 minutes. I ordered 5 chickens for peace I didn't get sharp 4! I ordered a peace that is not spicy and got a spicy suggestion, just super frustrating. thanks not to the grace never has to go back!"
