"Awesome time here in the late afternoon hours. We had two waitresses, the second was awesome, answered questions and made recommendations. Sorry to not have gotten her name.We visited three different places like this on our trip on the Fitzhugh strip and this was definitely the favorite. Everything was so fresh! Wish it had been a bit cooler on our trip so we could have enjoyed the outside, or come on a night where we assume there is probably live music because there was a setup for it. My brother flew in from Canada and this was our first evening together at Alice’s. I was reluctant. I wanted Gummies, but they were closed. So I thought Alice’s was a good option. Well, mind blown. The pickled vegetables, shishito peppers, a sample of ribs, brisket, turkey, potato salad and coleslaw. You guys were wonderful. Cecilia(sic? was wonderful. This will be a memorable moment for my brother and I. Thank you.

Restaurant is clean and welcoming. the staff is amazing. Drinks are good and so is the food. Our favorite brisket in the area of Dripping springs so far. We don't like the pulled pork here because it is on the sweet side but for those who like it that way, they will be up for a treat. it is very juicy and tender. Enjoy!Kid-friendliness: they have a playground and the restaurant is away from traffic, which gives peace of mind when they are running and playing aroundParking: dirt roads with plenty of parking. Not a lot of shaded areas though

"Mazama is a MUST when in downtown Dripping Springs. Great coffee and breakfast items, fast friendly service and the location can't be beat!! I have meetings there fairly often with clients or meet a friend to catch up. there's a decent amount of seating inside but also tables and chairs in the courtyard if it's not to hot outside. Plenty of parking around the side of the building or in back. There can be a line first thing in the morning but if you go after about 9am (when the high school starts) it's not too bad."

"The food here was AMAZING. I had the blackened catfish tacos and they were cooked perfectly. The service was really good, as well. They were very busy, but we never felt neglected.What the other reviews say about the place feeling cramped is true. They only have 10-15 tables, but because the dining room is so small, everyone is very close together. It was a bit loud because of this as well, but none of that would keep me from coming back if I didn't live two states away. If you're in the area, give the place a shot. You won't regret it."

"My wife treated me to this restaurant for my birthday, and it was my first time dining here. I was unsure at first because Dripping Springs doesn't have many upscale restaurants, but I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant has a charming atmosphere and the food was excellent. The menu consisted of dishes that were like Tapas, but with recipes from different parts of the world. We particularly enjoyed the Brussel Sprout, Asparagus, Meatball, and Shrimp dishes. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Overall, this is a fantastic spot for a cozy, high-quality dinner. I would rate the food a 5 out of 5."
