"I am Dominican and moved to PA years ago. While the suburban/rural area is a step up from my childhood environment and such a blessing, I had to sacrifice good, authentic Spanish food ..UNTIL I found Gallo Tropical. I had the pollo guisado con arroz y habichuela,a side of avocado and another order of bistec encebollado con un Maduro y ensalada. When I tell you this hit HOME! SO SO DELICIOUS and each Bite was a hit of nostalgia. The seasonings were authentic, delicious, chicken was fall off the bone. El caldo of the pollo guisado was just right. UNREAL. best food i’ve had in a long time. The food was fresh, seasoned, authentic, and absolutely delicious! The service was great and definitely a spot added to my list! WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AGAIN.Food: 5/5

First time there and the food was amazingly delicious! I'm definitely going back. I highly recommend this restaurant for Latin cuisine.Parking: They have free 3 hour parking in rear of restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp in the front entrance.

Not very fancy but parking is free, the food is fantastic, the service is friendly and the food is fantastic (so nice, i said it twice). They work with delivery apps and online ordering. I'm Latino, and when I need my island food, this is my favorite spot in this area.Parking: Free 3-hour parking. If not available, it's still inexpensive to park. A few quarters will do.

"Quant little BYO restaurant with delicious authentic Italian food, like my grandfather used to make. The pasta tasted homemade and the service made me feel at home. We had the Sunday Dinner entree and Lobster Ravioli. The portions were enough for us each to take home leftovers. Definitely will be returning in the future."

"I haven't been there for years and when I got in there, it was like I came back in time, except the prices, of course. Lol. To give you a context how long it was, since I was last there, a dozen donuts I got was $8,99. Now it's $15. They still had the donuts I remember that made me feel good. When I got the donuts and took one to say that it was fresh an understatement. It was like it was just made for me and allowed to cool. It was so fresh. I ate the French apple, which had sufficient filling and a generous part of the vanilla frosting above. If the rest of the donuts is as satisfied as the French Apple was, it won't take years until I'm back for the next time."

"A family visited this restaurant after a funeral. The space was a bit cramped for our large group, but we managed to make it work. The service was excellent and we all received our meals quickly and at around the same time. The food was well prepared and tasty, with very little to complain about other than the limited space. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for larger parties, but it would be suitable for smaller groups or a romantic date. P.S. The cheesecake was delicious!"
