"I was pleasantly surprised at the speed they got orders. I was hesitant when I moved into a long car-duration line, but the cars seemed relatively fast to move. I placed my order, and while he grabbed ketchup, I noticed that there was only 1 order of knitter fries in the bag, looking at the receipt and noticed that he didn't catch when I said 2 apparently. Amazing customer service. I have a French dip menu and my au jus sauce wasn't there when I came home. I called and they were happy to fix it immediately and gave me a whole new hot sandwich for the inconvenience.
