"I got an alert for the $1, $2, $3 items available only on the app. It was too good to pass up. I decided to try the Sun City West location. I entered and saw Girl Power going on. I expected really good service. The order taker was very professional and knowledgeable in the workings of the store. I was having trouble getting the app to complete my order. I tried 3 times and the cashier helped a 4th time. We kept getting the Oops! Something went wrong message. Meanwhile, the manager did not help. Also the Door Dash and Uber people were coming and not finding the orders ready. When we mentioned that maybe the system was down the manager said we would just have to pay full price. I used the Drive Thru 3 times and the short time frame of each line indicates that the staff must be moved really quickly and efficiently. I think this is very much about her concern for the cartridges. Meals were hot and each bag came with abundant napkins and spices without even asking my. Big GROUP! I will definitely promote this place.

For years. That was the first time I was here. It was good. The customers were kind of sneaky and give the workers a hard time. I guess because it's in Sun City where you have older people who were very impatient. This lady named Isabella was sacked and was super nice. The other workers also seemed very good. The manager seemed to give everyone a hand during the busy time I left. Overall, very good!

"This was my first time actually going to Chili's in about ten years, even though I've almost gone several times with friends. As soon as my partner and I walked in, we couldn't help but sing "I want my baby back, baby back, baby back." There was no special event happening today, but I was still excited to see the colorful and welcoming menu. The descriptions and photos got me even more excited. The baby back ribs came with roasted corn and fries, and after just one bite, I was hooked by the bold flavor. It was a fantastic way to start off the meal. The brisket quesadillas were also delicious. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program and get a free drink with every visit."

"Went on a Monday at 5:30. We were seated quickly. There was a medium size crowd for happy hour. Our server Shiloh was a very nice, polite and efficient server. Her willingness to help us make the right choice to make our dining experience very pleasant. My wife had the chicken wrap and fries. Her choice was tasty, with chunks of chicken that were moist. The fries were soft but cooked. My Monday burger special was a quarter pound burger with a good choice of toppings included. My friend were the same, I ate them all. A clean place. I think we will come back and try something else. And maybe get the same server!"

"To start off, I must say that it had been a while since I last visited a Red Lobster. I hadn't felt the need to go since Angry Crab closed down. However, my wife and I decided to give it a try one day around 5:00. The restaurant wasn't very busy, so I was optimistic. Despite that, the hostess seated us at a table near the restroom, where the strong smell of urinal cake was quite off-putting. I tried to ignore it as we placed our order with the waitress. My wife ordered shrimp, while I opted for the fish and chips. As we waited for our food, I managed to swat three flies. Unfortunately, my fish was bland and the fries were soggy. The only highlight was the coleslaw. My wife wasn't too impressed with her shrimp either. It was a disappointing experience as we had hoped for a good meal. We'll probably stick to Angry Crab in the future."

"On the app it says buy one get one free for a bean and cheese burrito, I bought 2 burritos and they didn't give me the other 2 I should have gotten. I called the store and had to explain myself over and over that I either want a refund for the burritos or to come in store and get the ones i shouldve gotten. The lady said I can't get the burritos and I'm gonna have to pay if I want the other 2 and said i have to wait cause their busy then hung up on me. Very horrible service and the lady working there should be fired. Will never be buying from them again and neither should anyone else."
