"Been coming here for years. Sad to report that this place has gone downhill. Tried to order a bagel without cheese but the cashier did not enter it correctly. I noticed it after the fact and reported it after about 7 minutes. Waited an additional 17 minutes before I gave up. No biggie but I only get 30 minutes for lunch and had waited 24 minutes so I asked for a refund. Manager, Salvador then hears this and starts making excuses. Tells me it's my fault cause I did not order correctly. I acknowledge that an error was made. I am just not sure it was mine. As I felt I clearly said no cheese. Dropped in after happily noticing it on my way home from a doctor's appointment.Picked up a dozen bagels with cream cheese for 18.99. The selection was very good, especially considering that it was 2pm on a weekday afternoon. All bagel connoisseurs know you must start early if you want the best selection!Family and I decimated the bagels in less than 48hrs. We WILL definitely return.

Just watched an employee, Nicola or Nicolette lose her cool. It's busy, today's mothers day, we know. Another customer asked if she had an update on her order? it had been 30 minutes. She was polite about it. The employee proceeded to YELL at her We are busy and it's mothers day! Wow! Could have just checked on her order???? I was sad and embarrassed for her. She ended up asking for a refund, I would too. You don't get my business when you act like that. Nicola then starts yelling and lecturing about wasting food. Thanks Nicola you RUINED everyone's morning and mother's day who had to listen to you and you're bratty responses. Take a walk!

"Order for pick up!! I'm all about the sauce, whatever it is if it comes with sauce please don't forget it and don't be stingy either. This place was recommended and my friend even helped me pick my dish since it was my first time. Dinner was my first meal of the day so I was ready to grub, and they were stingy on the fish sauce and forgot my peanut sauce. I wouldn't have wrote this if I hadn't ask before I grabbed the bag to leave, but I did and the distracted lady checking me out said yes I had the sauces. "To start things off, the breakfast burritos are good. The reason I’m writing a negative review is because of the cashier. There’s two of them but the younger taller well-rounded girl is quite rude. I usually go in there for breakfast burritos. I’ve been attended by her 3 times and each time I’ve gone to pick up my order she basically throws it on the counter I can hear it hit the counter. Its a heavy burrito. It’s almost as if she’s throwing me food like a dog. She either needs training on how to handle food and customers or she needs to be replaced. The other cashier that works there doesn’t do that to my food. I’m about to eat this food that I purchased from your amazing restaurant, It’s a pet peeve when I see people treating my food that way. Why do I want to keep coming back and being treated the same way. Even though the food outweighs the service I don’t like being treated that way and I know one person not going to the restaurant is not going to make a difference but hopefully this review will be brought to the owners attention how she’s treating her customers or possibly just me I have no idea. As much as I want to keep spending my hard earned money on their delicious food, today’s the last burrito I’ve ever buy from them thanks to her unprofessionalism."

"I give this place 1 star. They charged me $4.75 for using cash. My total was $37.05 went to pay and they didn 't know what to do when handed them cash. It took about 10 minutes before they figured it out. Showed $37.05 on the register. Then, it charged to $41.80. I asked why, and the guy said, "Because I was paying with cash. "I left and didn 't leave a tip and will not be back. Sad because I have been here before and live across the street. Hope the $4.75 was worth it."

"The table we reserved in the outdoor patio ended up not being available. So they stuck us inside on a corner table where it was cramped and our baby wasn't very happy. It made the experience a struggle. They said we'd wait 30 mins if we still wanted a patio seat, so what was the point of making a reservation? Service was also quite slow because we were in an area that servers were not frequently coming by. Food was good though."
