"This place has an awesome breakfast. We went here multiple times during our vacation in York. When ordering a bagel breakfast sandwich, try adding some cream cheese for a little extra deliciousness! There's some seating inside and a few picnic tables outside. The parking lot may seem small, but they move orders quickly. Highly recommend ordering online for pickup."

We've been going there for not sure how long. Our first stop when going to York for just a day and first stop when heading there for our vacation in July and August

Local resident. Been trying to give this spot love over the years. Complicated relationship I give, and it takes without truly satisfying me. Shrinking portions leave me wanting more. Unfortunately, we are breaking up for good. It is you, not me. (Today I was denied tomato on the pricy cheese, spinach and egg bagel sandwich. I’m aggrieved)

"Very comfortable space with roaring fire. Food is always very good and often quite inventive. I had a pasta special with clams they had personally dug that morning and with pasta they had made with their new past maker. Simple dish, but delicious! My wife had a more complex salmon dish served with fruit and hominy. We live locally and have gone to many restaurants in the area. We find we like some for awhile, but then we tire of them... not Walker's! We have been a number of times and it has always been great!"

"Stopped in on a whim traveling to Augusta Maine. Service was awesome. The menu was small-ish but we'll rounded and unique. Our kiddo loved her cheese burger, they actually seasoned the patty which is unusual. The parmesan haddock was cooked perfectly- my hubs got the Sirloin Steak and was cooked to temperature- he said the glaze sauce knocked it out of the park. Well done"

"Just wanted to give a big shout out to long sands, The Real Italian is the real deal, the service, the sandwich, the employees were all wonderful and I wanted to say thank you when i came in last minute even when the deli was closed up they made it a point to make me feel welcome and comfortable as they made my 3 subs, will be back for sure and the story of how the sub got its name and how the store opened is a cool one so if you get a chance when your in York check them out!!!!!! Thanks again long sands!"
