I mistakingly gave this place 1 star yesterday, and (Jimmy the owner immediately reached out trying to learn what went wrong and how they could correct it. That goes to show the kind of care and attention that is put into everything at Bagels Plus Deli. They're one of the few delis in the area you can go into and get excellent customer service they'll greet you, modify menu items, help decide what to get and how much you'll need for a party, recommend things you might like to try, etc. That kind of experience is rare these days, but that's why I had to rush back and correct my review right away.
