"I was looking for a strawberry shortcake close to Groman's for my Grandmother 90. Birthday it was her favorite cake all the time I didn't think I could find one for her again. I must have called 6 different bakeries before I found the bakery nook, they describe their and it sounded like the one we bought from Groman's. The cake tastes exactly as we remembered that she could not believe she could have this cake again. It was amazingly so delicious. We found a new bakery for our family with the bakery nook. Thank you for the amazingly delicious strawberry shortcake you made them so happy!"

I have ordered several cakes and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The talented cake decorators do an amazing job. Can’t say enough about this business! I’m proud to support this local family business!

Delicious!!! Just had our cake tasting today! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! I know they will do a wonderful job!!! Our wedding cake was the BEST!!! Our guests raved about it! So delicious!!! The owners were so easy to work with and designed our cake exactly the way we wanted it! It was beautiful! I highly recommend The Bakery Nook!!

I cannot day enough about the Bakery Nook! They have the best cakes around! Not only are they delicious, but they are always beautifully decorated! The only problem is that when you go for a cake, you generally leave with doughnuts and cookies too because they look too delicious to resist! (My husband LOVES their doughnuts). So many times, I waited till the last minute to order my cake and Barry and Darlene have ALWAYS accommodated me graciously! You just can’t beat this place!

"Loved this place since I was a little girl getting a big hug from Charlie every time my parents stopped in to grab us a pizza. Thirty some odd years later and now I take my daughter there for great pizza (sadly, Charlie has been gone for years and management has changed, but the food hasn 't). I still enjoy many great pizzas with my parents too. They have a consistent crust that isn 't too thick or thin and never dirty on the bottom. The pizzas have that picture perfect stretchy cheese. I admit that their toppings aren 't my go-to favorite, but you can 't win them all. I don 't want to run out of room or lose your attention, so let me wrap this up. I would be remiss if I didn 't mention their cheesesteaks which are one of my all-time favorites in the Valley. Lastly, their appetizers, overall, are pretty average for a pizza place, but I do love their pierogis. If they aren 't church pierogis, then I don 't know my pierogi. I recommend stopping by for a slice and a pierogi sometime. You won 't be disappointed. (Quick note: the seating here is not fat or chronic pain friendly. Oof. Parking: Not a ton of spot, but the restaurant is mostly pick-up. There is not the need for a lot of parking spots. It is less than a minute walk from any spot to Chaalies. "We had an enjoyable experience last week for dinner when our son had a sports meet nearby. We were looking for a halal place to have dinner and we found this restaurant. The husband and wife team are very friendly and made us feel at home. The Tom Yum, Drunken Noodles and Pad Thai were very tasty. Did I mention the meat was halal! The prices are very reasonable as well for the portion size. Go check this out."

"Our first time it was really nice! Although it appears as a table service place, go to the counter and place your order. We chose the 5 rib and 1/2 yard bird. The spare ribs were delicate and tasty by the bone! The chicken was also very good. The square is decorated with military photos and first respondents. Every veterinarian would feel comfortable here. Our needs were met by a young gentleman sick call T, who noticed that I was a vet and then gave us a free Brownie Dessert and also another peach bull. He was very bearable and attentive. My only edition was that we ordered one side of their Mac and cheese and it was very big, after tasting I wanted more! It was creamy, delicious and wonderful! I promise I'd only have made a whole meal from Mac and cheese. It was a very nice place for a super-comfot dinner and I will certainly be back. I've passed this place for years, my only regret is that I don't stop here years ago. Thanks for the great food and service!"
