"Dies war die beste Nacht meines Lebens, wir haben Reservierungen bei meinem JETZT-Geburtstag vorgenommen. Nicht nur das Essen und der Service war fantastisch, aber sie bemerkten meinen Vorschlag und brachten uns über Champagner, um zu feiern, und auch Canolis mit Kerzen für sie zu ihrem Geburtstag. Ich kann nicht genug betonen, wie glücklich ich war. Dieser Ort ist absolut phänomenal danke Ballo"

"I just want to say that I visited this restaurant and was so please with the service the help. I have a dairy allergy when placing my order I try to be very attentive to the ingredients. Well being g unfamiliar with their menu I placed my order. Thanks to the awesome attentive staff o e of the cooks came out to let me know I couldn't oder the dish helped me pick another. This was very helpful saved me from a world of hurt later. I was able to enjoy my dinner the concert with my friend our children. Thank you again."

"If I could leave a 0 I 100% would. My husband and I have come here countless times and always enjoy the ambiance, the food and staff. But tonight was different. Our reservation was for 8:30 with a 15 minutes grace period. As we arrived to Mohegan the room card kiosk was not able to provide us with keys after checking in resulting in my husband and I having to go wait in an extremely long line. With that being said we even went and brought our bags to be held so we could get to our reservation in time. As we arrived to Tao they asked if we had a reservation, which I stated yes for 8:30 under our name. She then reply’s we are no longer seating in the dining area so we could go sit in the bar. I was confused to why she would be telling us to go sit in the bar with a reservation. So I asked why were we not sitting in the dining room. Her reply was with our grace period you didn’t meet it so you can enjoy your meals in the bar because our kitchen closes in 10 minutes, but yet we can sit in the bar and get the same food as dining room (but the kitchen is closed) so explain that? I stated to her that it was checking in at the hotel was an issue to why were late. I also explained that you texted us asking if we were coming and we replied yes. We were 2 minutes passed grace period. So we understand we were late, but from things out of control from our reservation check in. I say this is poor customer service in it’s finest. This young lady with blonde hair slicked back with an attitude could have handled the situation much better than she did. With the reputation Tao has I am very disappointed that this is how you would treat a customer. May be in your best interest to hire some more quality staffing."
