"Accessibility: lots of parking available, but no specific handicap parking. Also did not see a ramp to get onto the sidewalk unfortunately. This ice cream location has one of the best ice creams available. However, the store doesn't seems to have enough cups for shakes, and some ice cream flavors. Our recent visit wanted two large chocolate shakes, but they didn't have any large cups. On our previous visit they didn't have any chocolate ice cream.

The ladies here were nice but it would’ve been good if they acknowledge every customer that comes in. I was after a family of three who wanted to try every ice cream that they had. I heard two employees in the back talking. Granted they could’ve been talking about work but somebody could have at least acknowledged me and told me that they would be right with me. That’s just me having been in the customer service industry for 10 plus years.

I have been to many Baskin Robbins stores across the country, however, this one is by far one of the best ones I've been to! The staff was excellent, they greeted me with a warm welcome and a taste of anything I wanted. They were training a new employee, so it took them a tad bit longer with my order, but it was complete and everything tasted and looked good! I was impressed, so I came back a few days later to order a cake. The Manager there, Chris, was so helpful and pleasant to deal with! And our cake was beautiful and tasted great. I recommend this store to anyone who wants great service and delicious Ice Cream.
