"Teriyaki Chicken did not taste right. Tempura vegetables were dried up and nearly nonexistent under tempura shell. Spring roll and gyoza were over cooked and inedible. Miso and salad were fine. Very disappointing for price, would not order again."

For the price, they forget soup every time and give small portions. Tempura is battery and gives tiny handfuls of portions for 50 dollars of food.

I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and it looked NOTHING like the photo on the menu. It tasted dry and gross. I also ordered Chicken Noodles, but those were very good.

"Merry Morsels truly exceeded all expectations with the dinosaur birthday cake they made for my daughter! I was absolutely amazed when I saw it - the cake was a huge hit at the party, both visually stunning and delicious. I also enjoy their ice cream and infused red bull, as well as their baked goods and breakfast sandwiches. The items for sale from local providers are a nice touch as well. "A hidden gem! Joe 's is a great experience featuring quality espresso drinks, and bagels with a twist! I had a red eye that was a great addition to my morning. Good taste to the coffee espresso, and brewed excellently. I also had the Joe 's bagel which is one of their many inside out bagels. It was to die for. I hope to return to Joe 's soon, hungry for more."

"I had the best customer service experience ever! The staff was dressed appropriately, and Jojo kept a smile on his face the entire time. He even sang a song while I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes. His rendition of "Don't Stop Believin'" was, without a doubt, the best cover I've ever heard!"

"We flew into the Susanville airport enroute from Las Vegas to Florence, Oregon and this great eatery was recommended by the airport staff. We enjoyed and shared a fabulous Cobb-type salad and an “Everything Pizza”. Both were freshly made and were so delicious. We ended up taking a few slices back to the airport linesman who recommended this unlikely looking restaurant that is really out of the regular town area. Service was friendly and the place was exceptionally clean. Covid protocols were followed. We will definitely be back!"

"Don’t waste your time going anywhere else for Chinese food, or almost any other restaurant in Susanville. Service here is fast and efficient, they are always pleasant and they remember their customers. The food is absolutely delicious at a fair price. They won’t even allow you to tip too much! My family eats here more often than we would like to admit and our experience is always consistent. Wish the dining room was open because the decor and atmosphere is awesome!"
