"This place has amazing salsas but their chicken and ribs were dry as all get out. They keep them up front where they dry out and when its not fresh and get a funky smell to them. Sad considering thats the house specialty we expected some amazing chicken."

I ordered a half chicken with rice and beans. They served burnt-out, cold and dry chicken. I ate too much of it before I threw it away. Got very sick shortly afterwards. Awful. They couldn't care less. Garbage.

Workers are nice and friendly but as far as food goes The Salsa (ALL OF THEM) Extremelyyy watered down. Asada was good but the rice and beans were not good. Beans are definitely out of a can not authentic at all.

"I really love this place. Portions are quite large. The menu is easy to read and there are lots of choices. The owners and staff are very friendly. I've tried the BBQ chicken, beef, kalbi ribs, katsu, and spam musubi. They are all tasty, including rice and macaroni salad. If I was to suggest one improvement, it would be to have a slightly higher spam/rice ratio in the spam musubi. The slices if spam are a bit thin."

"Yesterday, we went to this restaurant for breakfast. We traveled from the city to visit my mother, so we were a large group of 7 adults, 2 children, and 2 high chairs. The servers went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, which was fantastic. The food was also delicious."

"Will not come here again. One of the workers was rude and horrible customer service. Manager tried to justify for her because of some other nonsense customer experiences that had nothing to do with me and my family who paid $45.00 so we could get horrible attitude and rudeness. Why work there with horrible customer service and a horrible attitude. Acting important when you aren’t. They didn’t realize I could see them in the back talking smack about me and my family with kids. Please don’t go and waste your money there. The food is good, but who wants to come here if the customer service is horrible!"

"This restaurant is my favorite. Out of all the restaurants I have been to, this one stands out the most to me. I never pass up an opportunity to dine here. When I am in the mood for a great meal, this is always my first choice. The food is delicious and there is a wide variety on the menu. The staff are professional and friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere. And most importantly, the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place without hesitation."

"eating was not great, and they were more than happy to tell me that they did not give veterans or military rabates. instead I go to the tulare or Visalia locations. the food in porterville has hurt my likes and the other places actually offer me a discount when I ask."
