"Little Baobab is a fun West African Restaurant with live music in the Mission District! They feature local musicians they play songs from around the world. Last night (Wednesday at 8:30pm) they had a live band playing Afro beats and salsa! Lots of people went up to dance. The food was also amazing. We ordered the Chicken Yassa (chicken with caramalized onion), Lamb Dibi Combo (grilled lamb) and Beef Pastelles (fried plantains). The owner, Marco, was super friendly and recommended the best dishes! Our server, Koudous was awesome too. We had a great experience!"

The food here was delicious. The curried shrimp appetizer was delightful, fried plantains cooked to perfection. Good service. Really enjoyed the Tatu margarita as well. Will be back!

This place has been a family favorite for years every time we stop by in SF. I came with a group of friends and I was beyond impressed with the service because of the language barrier. But the waiters were fantastic. We ordered a bunch of dishes and I got the platter of veggies. I know that the last time I was here, I had some Doro wot but now that I'm a vegan, it was even better. Although the taste was alittle different than what I was used to tasting before, no complains yall! Adding the brebre and some other spices made the whole dish 10x better.
