We've been visiting this restaurant for years, but today we decided to check it out again. Unfortunately, we haven't had the best experiences with Mike and Denise lately, so we decided to take a break from Blackstone.

"Holy smokes! If you haven’t visited here yet, you NEED to. Drink list is long and almost anything you choose to have will be awesome! They have a ton of beers on tap as well as mixed drinks so they really do have a drink for everyone. The burgers are absolutely the best burgers I’ve had, they actually cook them the way you order them! If you ask for medium, you will get a medium burger. I highly recommend the Bite the Flesh burger and the Phony Tough, Crazy Brave. Their house made fresh fries are delicious and if you add garlic butter (for $1 extra) they are arguably worth dying for! The shakes are literal delicious masterpieces! If I could give more stars I would. Also, ask for Terry, best service I’ve had in awhile."

"Great spot all around for fantastic food, top of the line service, and a great selection of drinks.This was my first time at Parma and had heard great things so we had scheduled a small afterparty at Parma that was facilitated by the events manager Justin. From the start he was extremely accommodating and helpful. He made the planning a joint effort by providing great advice to ensure the event was spectacular. The group (18-25 people) ended up being late to our planned dinner at Parma and Justin executed flawlessly ensuring the appetizers were still warm and the food came out when everyone was seated. Justin was A+ all around for this event.We had Allie as our server and she was spectacular. She was very attentive to each guests needs and quick with drinks, clearing areas of the table, or anything else we requested. Allie is the epitome of what an excellent server is.It was a great first experience and I will 100% be visiting Parma again when I am in town. Awesome job all around!"
